Workshops

Pulling a diverse group of people together with a shared aim and removing rules and judgement has been proven time and time again to produce the best outputs. This is how we run our workshops. Its not a day of role-play and lego (although we may play with lego sometimes), our workshops are focused on solving real problems fast, with curiosity, and fun. We are good at this which is why some of the world’s biggest companies use us.

Environmental workshops: 

The world needs better businesses, better ideas and urgent action. Our environmental workshops help define and solve gnarly problems. We’ve run them for EE, John Lewis, Heinz, Unilever, Bombay Sapphire, and Samsung.

Product development workshops:

Whether it be in the food and drink sector, the white goods sector, the fashion sector, or the telecoms sector, we have delivered product development workshop that have seen real products launched successfully into complex and competitive markets.

Team building workshops:

The team that plays together stays together. Well, maybe. But running team workshops builds trust and trust breeds magic.

Enterprise is good. It stimulates ideas and can make the world a better place. We have 12 years experience of design and delivering innovation workshops that improve what you, how you do it and how you sell it.

Coaching

A few years ago I was frustrated that although I could swim, I didn’t swim well. So I paid for a swim coach. Unsurprisingly I got significantly better. I’m now in the elite swimming group at my leisure centre. Coaching is the same, you may have all the raw materials but coaching always helps you perform better. With 33 years in the sustainability world and 22 years running his own businesses I. have a unique set of skills that brings a gentle leadership out.

Executive Coaching.

As we grow in business it is tempting to emulate those we admire rather than stay uniquely ourselves. This executive coaching is focused on bringing out the best of you rather than transplanting someone else’s style onto you. This centres around removing old patterns of behaviour, fears and stuck thinking.

Team development and coaching.

Have you got the right people in the right position? Are there blockers in important roles? Is everyone aligned to the company vision and personality? How can you free the team up and give them permission to innovate and grow? There is a place for everyone. These sessions can be delivered one-to-one or collectively and they will help your team perform, and help each person in the team grow.
